It is with great joy that I invite you to consider joining this exciting collaboration, as Tyler and I are thrilled to share the pre-launch of this concerto consortium!

 

I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Tyler, most recently on Through Every Closet Door, a sonata for soprano saxophone and piano that is part of the I Exist Project. This piece, like all of his works—from chamber to orchestral—perfectly balances epic virtuosity, lyrical melodicism, instrumental innovation, and vibrant color with emotional depth.This tour de force will be written for solo soprano saxophone, an instrument not often featured in a concerto setting, and will be scored for both orchestral and wind ensemble performances.
